Four years ago, as part of the Florida Master Naturalist Program, I took a tour of Pumpkin Hill Creek state park. I took careful notes of all the species, promptly lost them and forgot about this photo file. So I will be posting about a dozen photos over the next few days, for which I have no idea what they are. I am hoping that there is a biologist out there (hint, hint, PSL)who can help.

We are just about at the end of the season as the plants move into seed production. We hope to cover the backyard with these plants next year. They require very little work and bloom all summer long.
